Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using the westcoastimsouane.com website (the "Service") operated by West Coast Surf Imsouane ("us", "we", or "our").

1. Bookings and Payments

All bookings are made via WhatsApp or email and are considered confirmed only after you have received a booking confirmation from us. A deposit may be required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is typically due upon arrival. We accept payments in cash (Moroccan Dirhams or Euros) and via bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellation by You: If you need to cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible. Deposits are generally non-refundable. For cancellations made less than 14 days before your arrival date, a cancellation fee may apply.
• Cancellation by Us: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking, we will inform you as soon as possible and will offer a full refund of any payments made to us or alternative dates.

3. Surf Lessons and Activities

• All participants in surf lessons and other activities must be able to swim.
• You must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect your participation.
• We reserve the right to change the time or location of lessons and activities due to weather, surf conditions, or other factors beyond our control. Safety is our top priority.
• Participation in all activities is at your own risk.

4. Liability

West Coast Surf Imsouane is not liable for any personal injury, death, loss, or damage to property or belongings during your stay or as a result of participating in any activities. We strongly recommend that all guests have comprehensive travel insurance that covers surfing and other adventure sports.

5. Code of Conduct

We expect all guests to be respectful of other guests, our staff, our property, and the local community and environment. We reserve the right to ask any guest who is behaving inappropriately to leave the premises without a refund.

6. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page.
